  Bradley de Souza
Bradley became Vice President of Source O2 in 2002. He moved from his role as Vice President of Research and Development for Genie, O2's successful international online business, where he developed successful strategies for devices, APIs, supplier management and Source O2.

His previous role inside O2 was as Chief Technology Officer for Genie where he successfully delivered the core capability to roll out service and support of Genie's ambitions in Europe and Southeast Asia.

Prior to working with O2 in 2000, Mr. de Souza was Head of Technology at the BBC, in charge of all online and interactive activity, now known as BBCi. His work at BBC made it the largest portal and interactive content provider in Europe, covering both Internet and Interactive TV.

Mr. de Souza comes to the business with a wealth of experience in new media, electronic publishing, broadcasting and technology. He has always been drawn to the opportunities technology and media convergence create. Early on in his career he was given the opportunity to shape the Internet strategy for the Financial Times, developing the world famous Ft.com site and brand.

Mr. de Souza holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Hispanic Studies from Queen Mary and Westfield College, the University of London in the United Kingdom.

Michael Flynn
Mike Flynn led a team responsible for driving accountability across organizational functions to ensure Alltel is "getting better every day" from our customers' point of view. He also provided leadership in corporate strategic issues and played an integral role in future merger and acquisition discussions and integrations.

Serving as group president since 1994 at one time or another, he was accountable for communications operations, network services, information technology and customer services, as well as the publishing and product distribution divisions of the corporation.

Mr. Flynn was previously with Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., SBC Corporation and AT&T, for 24 years, including three years as president of Arkansas operations.

Mr. Flynn holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and has attended the Dartmouth Institute and the Harvard Advanced Management Program.

Ted Johnson
Ted Johnson has over 20 years of experience developing or managing the development of PC-based applications. He recently retired from Microsoft Corporation where he held the position of Corporate Vice President of Microsoft’s Business Tools Division, which included the Microsoft Office System products Project, Visio, and Publisher and accounted for over $900 million of revenue in the fiscal year ended June 2003. Johnson had joined Microsoft in January 2000 as part of its acquisition of Visio Corporation, which he co-founded in 1990.

Throughout Visio’s 10-year existence, Johnson headed product development and served as a member on its Board of Directors. Prior to founding Visio, Johnson worked at Aldus Corporation where he oversaw the development of PageMaker for Windows among other products. He began his computing career in the Boston area working at two Route 128 startups. Johnson graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. In 1999, the University named him Computer Science and Engineering Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. Johnson also serves on the Board of Trustees of Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Mark Lowenstein
Mark Lowenstein is recognized as one of the leading authorities in the wireless and mobile communications industry. Mr. Lowenstein spent ten years with the Yankee Group, where he founded and led the company's top-ranked global wireless practices. As Executive Vice President, he supervised a team of more than twenty analysts worldwide, authored dozens of influential reports, and headed large-scale strategy consulting projects for leading companies in the wireless communications industry. As a member of the Yankee Group's executive management committee, Lowenstein oversaw the growth of the company's Canada, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific practices, and led early stage electronic content and commerce initiatives.

Most recently, Mr. Lowenstein was Chief Industry Strategist at Informio, developer of enterprise voice solutions for mobile users. His role there included corporate strategy, industry evangelism and partner development. As a member of the Senior Team, Mr. Lowenstein cultivated additional relationships and gained expertise in voice and audio-based mobile applications, enterprise messaging, and corporate mobile initiatives.

Mr. Lowenstein holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.A. in International Communications and Technology Policy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Vaho Rebassoo
As Chief Technology Officer, IT Services, Vaho Rebassoo is responsible for strategic planning and direction for infrastructure technology across The Boeing Company.

Dr. Rebassoo has over 25 years of experience in systems engineering and technical management in network and computing. This includes key roles with the Pentagon Telecommunications Center, Bell Laboratories in development of the 5ESS switch and the System 85 PBX and, at Boeing, designing, implementing and operating large complex networks and computing infrastructures. He joined Boeing in 1984 as Chief Engineer for the Boeing Telephone Service Modernization Program. He assumed responsibility for the entire BTSMP program in 1988, then Network Operations as well later in 1988.

As head of Network Technical Services from 1992 to 1997 he was responsible for the design and implementation of Boeing data, voice and video networks worldwide. In 1997 he managed IT merger activities with the former McDonnell Douglas and Rockwell companies, and then was appointed CTO of Computing and Network Operations in Boeing. As Director of Technology Management, he assumed responsibility for planning, design and implementation of IT infrastructure enterprise-wide.

Dr. Rebassoo received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and his Master’s and PhD degrees from the University of Washington.

He is the member of numerous executive advisory boards, including the Washington Technology Alliance, the UCLA Wireless Research Program, and the University of Washington Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) Program.
